Admission Open 2025–2026

Admissions Open for Playgroup to Class-XI for the academic session 2025–2026. Students who have passed the previous class from an English Medium School are eligible for admission to the next higher class. Admission will be granted based on the age eligibility as of 1st April 2025.

School Admission Procedure

Admission Procedure for Classes: Playgroup to IX

Parents/Guardians must submit the following documents at the time of registration:

✓ Proof of passing the previous class or promotion to the current class
✓ Original Transfer Certificate (signed by DEO if from another state)
✓ Medical certificate with vaccination record
✓ 4 passport-size photographs
✓ Proof of residence (Ration Card / Voter ID / Passport)
✓ Adoption certificate (if applicable)
✓ Custody certificate (if applicable)

Admission Procedure for Class-XI

✓ Collect and submit the Registration Form from the School Office
✓ Submit attested photocopies of Class IX & X mark sheets
✓ If Class X mark sheet not available, submit provisional marks
✓ Forms without documents by the deadline will not be accepted
✓ Selection based on Class IX and X performance; list will be published

Documents Required for Admission in Class-XI

✓ Attested mark sheet of Class X
✓ Passing Certificate and Migration Certificate
✓ 4 recent passport-size photographs
✓ School-Based Evaluation Certificate (for CBSE foreign schools)
✓ Character Certificate from previous school
✓ Selected candidates must pay fees within 7 days
✓ Second list will be published if seats remain

Withdrawal From School

✓ Fee arrears for over 2 months
✓ Continuous absence over 10 days without notice
✓ Irregular attendance or poor academic performance
✓ Failure in the same class twice (after Class IX)
✓ Misconduct by student or parents

Severe disciplinary cases such as immoral conduct, vandalism, disrespect, or violence may result in immediate expulsion.

Transfer Certificate

✓ Withdrawal forms available at the school office
✓ TC issued within 3 working days
✓ Duplicate TC on affidavit with ₹50 fee
✓ New academic session begins in April
✓ After selection, parents must submit TC, Birth Certificate, Photos, Mark Sheet
✓ Some seats reserved for management-recommended students
✓ No admissions after seats are filled
