Admission Open Playgroup to Class-XI. Any student who wishes to take admission 2025-26 and has passed the previous year from an English Medium School is eligible for the next higher class. Age eligibility is determined as on 1st April for the respective class.

School Admission Procedure

Admission Procedure for Classes: Playgroup to IX

Parents or guardians must submit the following at registration:

• Evidence of passing the previous class or promotion certificate.
• Original Transfer Certificate from previous school (signed by DEO if from other states).
• Medical certificate including vaccination record.
• Four passport-size photographs.
• Proof of residence (Ration Card / Voter ID / Passport).
• Adoption or custody certificates if applicable.

Admission Procedure for Class-XI

• Fill and submit Registration Form along with attested Class IX & X mark sheets.
• Provisional mark sheets accepted if board results not yet received.
• Selection based on marks obtained; list displayed on notice board.

Documents Required for Admission in Class-XI

• Attested mark sheets from the Board/School.
• Attested Passing & Migration Certificates.
• Four passport-size photographs.
• School-Based Evaluation Certificate (if applicable).
• Conduct and Character Certificate from last school.
• Admission formalities and fees to be completed within 7 days.
• Second list released if selected candidates do not take admission.

Withdrawal From School

The school may remove a student from the roll for:

• Fee arrears exceeding two months.
• Continuous absence exceeding 10 days without notice.
• Irregular attendance or lack of attention to studies.
• Failure in the same class twice (beyond Class IX).
• Misconduct by student or parents.

Severe disciplinary issues may result in expulsion to protect the welfare and reputation of the school community.

Transfer Certificate

• Withdrawal forms available at school office; TC issued within 3 working days.
• Duplicate TC issued on affidavit with ₹50 fee.
• Admissions subject to seat availability; new session starts in April.
• Submit Birth Certificate, Photos, Mark Sheet, and TC at admission.
• Some seats reserved for management recommendations.
