Admission Open (Playgroup to Class-XI)

Admissions open for Playgroup to Class-XI for the academic session 2025–26. Students who have passed the previous year from an English medium school are eligible for admission to the next class. Age eligibility is determined as on 1st April 2026.

Admission Procedure — Playgroup to IX

Parents/Guardians must submit the following documents at registration (originals + photocopies):

• ✓ Evidence of passing the previous class or promotion certificate
• ✓ Original Transfer Certificate (signed by DEO if from another state)
• ✓ Medical certificate with vaccination record
• ✓ Four passport-size photographs
• ✓ Proof of residence (Ration Card / Voter ID / Passport)
• ✓ Adoption / Custody certificate if applicable

Admission Procedure — Class XI

Key steps and documents for Class-XI registration:

• ✓ Fill and submit the Registration Form available at the School Office
• ✓ Attach attested photocopies of Class IX & X mark sheets (or provisional marks)
• ✓ Selection based on Class IX/X performance; selected list will be published
• ✓ Selected candidates must complete admission formalities and pay fees within 7 days

Documents Required — Class XI

• ✓ Attested Class X mark sheet
• ✓ Passing & Migration Certificates
• ✓ Four passport-size photos
• ✓ School-Based Evaluation Certificate (if applicable)
• ✓ Character Certificate from previous school

Withdrawal from School

The school may remove a student from roll for:

• ✓ Fee arrears exceeding two months
• ✓ Continuous absence for more than 10 days without notice
• ✓ Repeated failure in the same class (beyond Class IX)
• ✓ Misconduct by student or parents

Severe disciplinary cases (immoral conduct, vandalism, violence, etc.) may result in immediate expulsion to protect the welfare and reputation of the school community.

Transfer Certificate (TC)

• ✓ Withdrawal forms available at the school office; TC issued within 3 working days.
• ✓ Duplicate TC available only on affidavit with a ₹50 fee.
• ✓ New academic session starts in April; admissions subject to seat availability.
• ✓ Selected students must submit TC, Birth Certificate, Photos, and Mark Sheet at admission.
