Admission Procedure (Playgroup to IX)
- Evidence of passing the last class or promotion certificate.
- Original Transfer Certificate (if applicable).
- Medical certificate including vaccination record.
- 4 passport size photographs.
- Proof of residence (Ration Card / Voter ID / Passport).
- Adoption certificate (if applicable).
- Custody certificate in case of divorce/separation.
Admission Procedure for Class-XI
- Submit Registration Form with Class-IX & X mark sheets.
- Provisional Mark Sheet allowed if board mark sheet is pending.
- Selection based on Class-IX & X marks displayed on the notice board.
- Deposit fees within 7 days of selection.
Withdrawal & Transfer
- Fees arrears more than 2 months.
- Continuous absence >10 days without notice.
- Irregular attendance or truancy.
- Failure in annual exams twice in same class (beyond IX).
- Misconduct of student or parents.
Transfer Certificate (TC)
- Withdrawal form must be submitted; TC issued after 3 days.
- Duplicate TC issued after verification and Rs.50/- payment.
- Admissions are before the academic session starts (April).
- Seats may be reserved for management recommendations.
